Start Lyra (= the Star-litter)
Our dogs
Soon three months... ... and I'm quite a hardliner. The jeans on my mistress are fun to hang onto - though she doesn't like that but insists they belong to her. Mean is what she is my
mistress! We are outdoors most of the days now that the weather is fine. But instead of playing with me she haunts the place with the rake - and I am just SO
eager to play. I'm lucky to have my older siblings. We fight over the tug-rope, dig holes in the yard (even if mistress says we are not allowed) and have fun in a lot
of ways. They think I am small but I don't believe that!
In the evenings my mistress walks up a narrow, steep stair-case and before I couldn't follow. Sad.
Now I have learned to use that stair-case so I know that she spends the evenings at the computer. Downstairs she has tidied up the leads and other things I could
reach and now she will have to check on the leads upstairs as well! I have to find out what everything tastes like and what happens when you bite them. I have to
keep control om my mistress as well - sometimes she disappears and is gone for ages. She claims it's just one or two hours but I know better.
Nights are the biggest unjustice. My mom and older siblings sleep in the bed of my master and mistress. Poor me have to sleep in the dog's bed or under their bed.
My mistress says I have to wait until I can jump up to them by myslef. My legs are not strong enough before that she says. Hmm, that's all I say, hmmm!
Lyra is now seven weeks old and has started to tell me when she is hungry and when she needs to get out! Of course I have to get her out fast when she wakes
up but on other occasions she whines to say "I need to go!" and I am impressed.
Ville is her favorite toy - pulling at his tail is fun! Ville doesn't think so and tells her off except when he is eating. He has to look after his food so he looks at his
mistress with eyes saying "Please take her away". So of course I do - he has to get peace at mealtimes.
Lyra is also good at summoning, but she is very fond of her mistress... and her mistress is very fond of her youngest girlie too.

First came a bitch with a long tail - Bellatrix.![]()
Soon after a bitch without tail popped out - Lyra (Lyre).
Cuddling with mom is great!
What happiness lasts.... read more in "Unsorted thoughts".
Two days and two nights with Bellatrix under my sweater close to my skin and manual feeding every hour wasn't enough. In the wee hours and during the morning she grew
more and more passive. The only thing I coould do for her was to let her go. Now she is buried in my most beauteiful flowrebed and I keep crying. I so wanted her to live.
I had her for 4½ days, but she will always be in my memory. Have a good time in the heaven for dogs my little Trixie!
